Some days when the pain is moderate to no pain, I get busy doing light tasks. I found moving about at a slow pace helps. Also, my mind is on what I'm doing and off the pain
My husband and I are starting the IVF process and I want to know if I can pass fibromyalgia on to my kids? and if I do become pregnant will my fibromyalgia get worse?

I can no longer take anti-inflammatory drugs, after 17 years my kidneys have said "no more!" . So, I was forced to change my diet in order to keep my kidneys as healthy as possible. This was a slow process over a couple months that we've been living for almost a year now. Our diet now looks like this
A. No processed foods

I was recently been diagnosed with fibromyalgia, have been dealing with accessive pain since I was 12, within the last year or 2 I’ve noticed my arms and legs will go numb through out the day, is there anything to help or eliminate this?

This is my fourth month on memantine. Fortunately I have not experienced any side effects yet. It has helped to improve my fatigue a bit and my "get up and go" periodically . I'm hopeful it will just improve from here 🦋
