Fibro After Menopause
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

What do I have to look forward to? Did fibro get worse after menopause? Better? Changed in some way?

All my symptoms were at their peak during menopause and have improved immensely since then. I got a computer during menopause and had access to information suddenly. It might be that I've found many things to alleviate symptoms as I progressed through menopause. Regardless all of m symptoms have improved immensely.

I'm going through menopause and sad to say I agree it has got worse with regard to more bad days than good. I have more flares and UTI's and like @A MyFibroTeam Member said the development of other symptoms and ageing issues. I'm 53 and sometimes feel 103 lol x

After menopause my pain/fatigue gradually got worse, but my mood/mind improved.
