Does anyone else get chills only on one part of the body followed by a strange patch of goosebumps?
I usually get a chill on my right arm and I can actually see a random patch of goosebumps forming. It disappears after a few seconds. I sometimes get it on my leg also.
I’ve had this symptom for over a year now.
I've been getting tingling in my arms, usually just one at a time, with a patch of goosebumps showing up with the tingling sensation. Has anyone ever experienced this as well?
lwas wondering if anyone gets random patches of goosebumps, like I get it on my right arm and my back and it feels like lots of tiny wee needles poking in my skin in a small area. like a very concentrated patch of goosebumps?
I also when falling asleep get the uncontrollable feeling that I NEED to move. like I can't fight it??
I gotta laugh... my newest symptom is goosebumps on my left front leg (over the quad muscle). It is completely independent of temperature or emotional state. Anyone else get this weird symptom?
Also, arms/legs fall asleep very easily. Crossing my legs for 30 seconds results in complete numbness. I unusually wake with a numb arm or leg (even if I've not slept on it).
I’ve seen a cardiologist and I have been cleared of any heart problems (I’m 29) this started happening after I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia though, so I’m just curious.
Right now my doctor is elevating me for Fibro.
I have pain on and off, it can feel dull, or like pulled muscle or sharp. It all started with muscle twitches which might have been due to anxiety. I was prescribed Buspar and the twitches slowed down dramatic. I still have them here and there
But I am left with all my other symptoms pain throughout, tingling in hands, feet, and right now lips. And my biggest issue is hypersensitivity to touch! I get goosebumps that hurt… read more
I look like I have goosebumps all of the time but, I'm not cold. Also been getting red, itchy, rash-like bumps on my arms, legs, stomach, chest. Wondering if it's a fibro issue or, something else.
Does anyone else get hot or cold flashes during the day and how do you deal with it. My main issue is hot flashes. Sometimes after a warm shower I will be hot for several hours afterwords. I have tried taking a colder shower but this doesn't always seem to work. Then for some reason I will get cold with goosebumps all of a sudden.
I'm noticing I'm having a hard time regulating my body temperature.. most of the time I'm cold. At home if I have the windows open, the slightest breeze will give me goosebumps. I then close the windows. A while later I'm hot, so I open the windows again. It's a back and forth thing. I also have a hard time getting my body temperature up. If I'm cold, it takes forever for me to warm up. Does anyone else have this issue?
