I wear sports bras as they are a tiny bit comfier however i have bought some camisoles with a built in bra but dont think i have found the right ones however i have to wear nipple covers due to wearing the bras i wear due to work and living with my dad and brother (want to be appropriate). With wearing the covers my nipples are getting itchy. Does anyone have any advice. So sorry again as it is so personal.

With the hot weather it's even the worse clothing to have on all day. I have big breast so can't go out without them 🤗🤗. I strip mine off as I step into the house😃😃😃

I had arthritis pain seen I was 29 yrs old and was just told that I have fibro this year. My joints and muscles get stiff and ache. I have arthritis 97% of my body. I also have nerve pain from all my surgeries I had. I'm trying to figure out if I do have fibro or not.
I've been getting bad pain around the band of my bra especially center of my chest. Anyone else?
If you have had shingles in the past can this be a trigger for fibro.

Comfort is not usually a word surrounding Fibromyalgia sufferers. But I have to tell you, I'm so happy that I have come up with this idea. Any of you found an alternative to bras? I'm pretty busty so I have a really hard time getting away without one but my skin is so sensitive during these flare up that it's super painful to have anything together like the straps of a bra. As soon as I'm hope it's of, but I have to figure out an alternative for work...
