I haven’t been able to sleep a good 4 hours at night. I am not able to go past 2 hours. Also I have been experiencing numbness and tingling in my legs almost all the up to my butt. I new in this journey and can’t see the first doctor until December 7th.

Buy some gummies. I hardly get any sleep. I am in pain every day all day. I take gummies to sleep and during the day to relax along with a heating pad. I don't go any where without my heating pad.

I have fibromyalgia and some other issues. It hadn’t occurred to me that some things that I think are normal could possibly just be “fibro normal”. I get tremors. Not matter how much I complain about them no one wants to address it. Numbness and tingling. All this causes me to drop things and knock things over.
