Might up hydration & Proper Electrolyte Balances... we tend to run Chronic Low Blood Volume / Blood Pressure (I'm advanced, so mine has flip-flopped to High for both).
I got head zaps when weaning off an antidepressant in order to switch to another. I've been entirely off antidepressants since summer 2020, after 30 years on them. No more zaps.
