Does Anyone Experience Sleeping Problems And Numbness??
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

I haven’t been able to sleep a good 4 hours at night. I am not able to go past 2 hours. Also I have been experiencing numbness and tingling in my legs almost all the up to my butt. I new in this journey and can’t see the first doctor until December 7th.

Buy some gummies. I hardly get any sleep. I am in pain every day all day. I take gummies to sleep and during the day to relax along with a heating pad. I don't go any where without my heating pad.

I am in more pain when I wake up then when I went to bed. I also have horrible pressure points on both hips that make it difficult to sleep. I was getting cortisol shots which helped tremendously, but was getting them to often and had to stop. Now I use an extra pad on my side of the bed. If I wasn't a hot sleeper I would also use a heater sheet.

Hi Latoya 🌹
For the numbness and tingling, you could try neuropathy cream on Amazon, or Vicks Vapo rub. It won't rid you of the sensation, but it will dull it a bit.
For insomnia, I occasionally use melatonin 3-6mg for early wake-ups of four hours or less.
