Be nice if we could get some solid answers finally. I mean I just saw yet another new med for boner pills and I'm like- my body hurts too much to even think about sex these days, and now there's 4 or 5 meds to help dudes get it on, meanwhile I have bunch of medical problems that have very little answers/research let alone meds that actually can help

Oh!

Thanks! I was too tired to Google. I was thinking a holistic thing maybe lol

I think Vit B2 has been mentioned in several articles and trials but I could be confusing that with it being good for one of my other med problems

I appreciate your answer
I hope you get an answer to your q! And that you have a good weekend.

I was thinking of doing an overall vitamin. Couldn't hurt. But I've seen magnesium and one of the B vitamins and calcium mention quite a few times. In articles, studies and all of us suffering with this what seems random symptoms
