I get tremors. Not matter how much I complain about them no one wants to address it. Numbness and tingling. All this causes me to drop things and knock things over.

Not that I've noticed. I do drop things a LOT, so I guess it could be tremors !!

Yes. And it doesn't seem to be how I'm holding my arms/hands. Just comes and goes however it pleases. I mostly notice it when holding onto something (no matter the weight or shape of what I'm holding).
