I brought compression socks just ankle ones which really helped and also depending in were I'm walking I have compression shin supports, which really help. They are supposed to be for runners

Does Anybody Use Compression Gloves For Hand Pain?

I have fibro and osteoarthritis, and Im struggling with pain and swelling in my hands. I find a heat pack helps but have to wear a glove and put the patch on that as Ihave burnt myself more than once. Also, not practical during the day.
Does anybody use compression gloves to help pain?

Compression Sleeves?

Has anyone tried compressions sleeves for muscle pain? Have you had good results? I remember wrapping my legs in ace bandages in high school when my shin splints were really bad and the pressure eased the pain a bit. At least enough for me to walk. I wonder if sleeves would help my forearms when the muscles feel like they’re seizing up.
