I have “Tension/Support socks that my Dr. prescribed & get them from my Pedorthist

I wear Yomandamor diabetic knee socks when I'm going out to shop. They are softly woven with a lace top that does not bind at your knees. They are not compression socks, just nice soft socks that give you a little support without being tight. Keep your legs warm too. Got them on Amazon.

made fibro worse too much pressure just cause stupid level pain so compression wear not for me

You know what ? A friend just told me that this clothing could be making it worse and actually making me feel nauseous. I think I’ll put it aside for awhile and see how it goes
