Mine was so bad that my lower spine was operated on. So yes I do and did! It’s so much better but my upper spine and neck is now troublesome!

Yes I do, sometimes it can be that bad that I can’t walk at all. Think a lot of it is the ddd and have learnt over the years to try and keep mobile. It’s also hard it sit tether than stand or lie down due to to the compression on the spine. There are many times I feel like a puppet on strings when I’m
