I type all day for work and sometimes feel the stuffiness build throughout the day. Compression gloves help but make it a little harder to work. I find if I put them on a take a break for 30 to 60 mins the stiffnesses and swelling goes away and I can take them off and be fine. They do tend to heat my hands up, which is nice for a moment but can quickly become too much.

Yes I use compression gloves all the time. They really help on bad days.

I also have Fibromyalgia and Osteoarthritis (in various joints), but the worst is in my hands and fingers. Compression gloves along with heat, as well as the use of a paraffin bath for my hands help ease the swelling and pain.
