Hi, lately i have noticed my scalp is itchy. I am just wondering what causes it and what is best to use. I under a lot of stress lately so i think that might be causing it. Any advice. Thanks in advance

Taking a shower is exhausting to me, send me into a flare up almost. How can I manage this better? Taking a bath is just as bad and I can barely get out of the bathtub afterwards. Anyone else have issues with this?

Absolutely. It's just too exhausting to do that much work. And that's a whole lot of work sometimes days at a time.
On as we all know one symptom of fibromyalgia is dry skin
Well mine is beyond dry and gets to the point of cracking and bleeding and nothing I use seems to work
What sis the best moisturiser to use for extremely dry skin

Hard to stand up - legs hurt, bottoms of feet hurt. Hard to put arms over head (to wash hair.)
