Well mine is beyond dry and gets to the point of cracking and bleeding and nothing I use seems to work

What sis the best moisturiser to use for extremely dry skin

Members rallied around the question of managing extremely dry, cracked, and bleeding skin caused by fibromyalgia, offering an overwhelming variety of product recommendations and personal routines that have worked for them. Several members shared specific brands and techniques, including Eucerin cream, Palmer's Cocoa Butter, coconut oil, Sweet Almond Oil applied after showering, and one creative approach of using hair conditioner on the body to lock in moisture. A recurring theme was the importance of applying moisturizer immediately after bathing while skin is still damp, layering products throughout the day, creating a barrier with Vaseline over cracked areas, and gently exfoliating to help products absorb more deeply.

I tried the conditioner all over my body and I have to say that really does help. Thanks for that tip.
Hope you're having a good day.

Hello beautiful people. Yes I use coconut oil. I use it as a leave in conditioner and lotion for my body. On my face I use olay face lotion. It works.

Do exfoliate the areas that are not cracked as gently removing the top dying layer of skin cells a few times a week helps the products you use penetrate more deeply
