In 2020 I got diagnosed with Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease. My neurologist told me I've have had this since I was younger but as I am getting older the disease is progressing in my body,and boy do I feel every inch of it. Between fibromyalgia, Diabetes, CMT, CFS I always feel like I'm low on energy. Wow. I am going to check for that. Have suspected something like that.
I am curious... Whenever I excercise and move a bit more, my pain is extreme for days and days. I am wondering does it happen to others? Doctors keep telling me "keep exercising it will help". But I am always in pain and it feels worse after.
I am wondering is it me or are there others like me?
I feel like the doctors don't believe me. I used to bike, swim, skate, rollerblading, walking and I was doing well until I got FM.
When I exercise I always feel better for a few hours. Then the pain hits, and it's bad. Sometimes I have gone into a flare. Sometimes not. It just depends on how I'm feeling before I start exercising.
Almost everyday i have a sensation as if something is in my throat when i swallow. Does not hurt , it’s just super annoying. It’s only associated on the left side of the throat to be specific. Am i the only one? I also get really bad headaches almost daily and today I’m getting weird shooting pains in my thighs and my wrist as well as soreness in my calf :( sux

Anyone else deal with rectal aching? It will sometimes spread down the back of my leg or I'll feel it in the vaginal area. But lately the rectal pain is relentless. So embarrassing.
I have IBS and between constant poop and not being able to. I’ve got pain every where down there. I bought a hand held butt sprayer…forget the name lol. It helps though
If you have Sacroiliac joint pain and inflammation, have you been diagnosed with both Fibromyalgia and Ankylosing Spondylitis?

Does anyone else suffer from nausea , blurred vision and burning eyes?
Blurred vision and burning eyes yes....
Sitting on a hard surface for a long period of time , for example: bleachers in a gym or stairs etc. The next day you bottom is very sensitive and painful.?
I had to stop going to church because sitting, even on a cushion, was too painful. Had to resort to church online
I don't know how everyone else can repost things. Can't believe I Can't figure it out...and a friend here told me how and I still can't..

Does anyone else suffer with feverish, red eyes that won't go away? Similar to pink eye? Trying to figure out if its fibro or my sjogrens syndrome. I want to be sure before I run to the eye doctor. Really dont have time for that. Been about a month now. The pink eye drops from CVS help but as soon as I stop its bright red again.
