If i sit on a hard surface for 10 minutes, the next day, my bottom feels bruised. I have no cushion on my backside so it is really bad for me. Lol.

I had to stop going to church because sitting, even on a cushion, was too painful. Had to resort to church online

I have delt with this for forty five years. It is embarrassing and very painful. I stay sore all the time and I always carry an air cushion with me. I sit on a heating pad at home. I put icy hot pain patches on my buttocks, but nothing does much good. I hope you can find an answer to this problem.

I started bringing my own cushion to church because the pews feel so hard to me. >looks silly, but it works<

I always sit on an air cushion at home or where ever I go. I have had to do this since the eighties.
