Almost everyday i have a sensation as if something is in my throat when i swallow. Does not hurt , it’s just super annoying. It’s only associated on the left side of the throat to be specific. Am i the only one? I also get really bad headaches almost daily and today I’m getting weird shooting pains in my thighs and my wrist as well as soreness in my calf :( sux
Jwhite - a lump in the throat could be thyroid issues. Also pins & needles, numbness & fatigue or a feeling of heaviness or muscle fatigue. Get your thyroid checked to rule this out.

I definitely feel that when I have missed my reflux medication.
I had that throat experience also. When I finally got a Dr who was understanding it turned out to be acid leaking from my tummy (gut ) and was slowly coming up and burning my throat even though I didn't feel any burning. It felt more like something was stuck. Dr put me on prescription anti acid tabs and it took it away.
there is also narrowring of the esophagas but I would have it checked. Sometimes having a dry throat specially if you take antidepressant could cause that too.
