Red Feverish Eyes
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

Does anyone else suffer with feverish, red eyes that won't go away? Similar to pink eye? Trying to figure out if its fibro or my sjogrens syndrome. I want to be sure before I run to the eye doctor. Really dont have time for that. Been about a month now. The pink eye drops from CVS help but as soon as I stop its bright red again.

It could be an allergy. I have prescription antihistamine drops. My son said he got non prescription ones at the drug store. Maybe try that first.

I also get a pink/red eye that is not conjunctivitis. I take Cymbalta which causes my dry eyes, mouth and nose. I find that lubricating my eyes with a preservative free eye drop throughout the day helps.

Mine aren't red, but they're dry and hurt alot. My Sjogrens test always comes back negative

Ragweed allergy? I have constant conjunctivitis . Apply warm washcloth five minutes.

When in doubt check it out. Could be uveitis.
