I am curious... Whenever I excercise and move a bit more, my pain is extreme for days and days. I am wondering does it happen to others? Doctors keep telling me "keep exercising it will help". But I am always in pain and it feels worse after.
I am wondering is it me or are there others like me?
I feel like the doctors don't believe me. I used to bike, swim, skate, rollerblading, walking and I was doing well until I got FM.
is there somewhere you can go that has a hot tub? That makes me feel better or just soaking in a warm tub might with some Epsom salts? see if your doctor will send you to physical therapy when I went we did light exercises and always finished with a warm massage.

The doctors are wrong and probably don't believe you because I've been in that same situation.... a little walking is enough because you will suffer if you do anything strenuous. I've been bed ridden for 3 to 6 days from doing to much. Trust you're body and rest rest rest.
