I read the other day that who ever makes these decisions, have decided that Xanax is not good for you and are recommending that patients stop using it.
I also received a letter from Medicare about using pain medication and that you should use alternative treatment.
Here is my question: Have any of you heard the same thing? What do they expect us to do?
I only take 1 mg of Xanax and I take Tramadol 3x a day. If they take those away, I will be in even more agony!

Just had blood test results and they said I need a prescription for folic acid? Anyone else on it and does it help?
I was put on it nothings changed except levels are in range now but I think if I stopped then they would drop back down
Yes, instead of Advil. I need the anti inflammatory properties and my PCP said it would be less harmful to the kidneys. Nice to just have to take it once a day also.
I was told for years that I had arthritis. However, 5 years ago another rheumatologist diagnosed me with Fibro. When I see a doctor for anything now I'm pretty much told its caused by Fibromyalgia.
I find that when I get stressed out π΅βπ« that seems to cause more pain π« anyone else find this?

Yes I got hot and feverish, sometimes. The ebbs and flows of fibromyalgia. God bless
OK so since the start of the year I've caught 3 colds. In the middle of cold number 3 now. My question is does anyone else find they catch colds very often?

Cold and flu is no fun at any time. Sick is sick with or without fibro. I haven't noticed any difference.
