Yes most definitely.
If it didn't hut it would be a waste of money!
I wuddnae pay good money for a tickle/low intensity massage.
I have all my trigger points deep tissue massaged.
Hurts like feck & I swear, sweat, chuck legs around.
However after 6 months my trigger points are "unblocked" and loosened.
Again, its sticking with it, rather than giving up, as everything hurts anyway.
At least this is getting well pain xx

When I was getting deep tissue massages, I was very sore for a few days but then would feel much better. But then they started to make my pain flare in the last year or so, so I started getting swedish massages which are just the right amount of pressure to soothe and not make the fibro worse. I always feel the best the second day after the massage.

Hi
I little bit sore after massage. It is supposed to help you. I can’t tolerate deep tissue, just medium or light. It depends of my pain.
