I’m sure a lot of you have tried dietary changes in attempts to alleviate your suffering. What connections have you been able to make between your food and fibro symptoms? Or perhaps certain supplements help or hurt? Please share.

I have trouble with words my brain will think one thing and my mouth will say another but I won't even realise until someone points it out and the other day I was helping my 4 year old learn to write but everything I wrote down the letters got jumbled up no matter how hard I tried to concentrate (I know how to spell the words) is this a fibro thing or am I genuinely starting to lose my mind now 😕

I saw in the news yesterday a celebrity in the uk who has fibromyalgia said that she finds having a cold shower helps her. Personally I hate being cold but was wondering if anyone else takes cold showers and how much they help?

I've been fighting a cold and bronchitis, but sometimes I get lightheaded even when I haven't been coughing. What seems weird to me, is that it only started over the last week or two.

I struggle with morning stiffness so bad that before fibro I could only describe waking up in the morning as being so tired it hurts, but it literally does hurt! Morning stiffness plus sleeping problems makes waking up and getting out of bed the hardest part of the day.

Fibro fog being a constant thing in mind, it's been difficult to hold normal conversation or to remember some procedures. How do you let others know this is a difficult situation to deal with everytime? More if this is not as visible as other common diseases or conditions by paper.
