I can suddenly feel cold to my bones & then it's gone in a few minutes. I cover up & then I get too hot! Crazy!

No. I stay hot all of the time and sweating in my head.

Yes, often in the evenings till bed time. Internal cold and feverish. I wrap up warm and have hot drink. Sending hugs 🫂 x

Yes but not often. I more often feel 🥵. If I feel cold it's fleeting and therefore I have no advice. Sorry 😔
