I've experienced it as a hand -in -glove symptom of Fibro. That being said... if it is a new symptom for you, do get it checked out as it could be anything like infection to cardio related.

I don't have any simus problems etc. But yes I do experience light headedness and dizzyness...vertigo at times usually when I'm about to flare up or am already flared up it seems.

when I had a sinus infection I got light headed a lot. also if I am anxious & breathe shallow, I get light headed & have to remember to take deep slow breaths!! @A MyFibroTeam Member

I’m always lightheaded some days more than the other

I get bronchitis and I also have COPD. I get lightheaded. I is from low oxygen. You might want to see a lung Dr. They could tell you. Anyway, just take some slow deep breath in thru your nose out thru your mouth. See if that helps. Hope it works.
