I have noticed that when I eat bananas more often it causes me great pain in my finger's as well as body. I am wondering if this part of a food allergy are Fibromyalgia?

Has anyone seen their allergies increase since diagnosis? I've never been allergic to food or meds and suddenly everything is setting off hives and throat swelling.
I know this is a really old post but really suffering on and off with allergies and wonder what histamines people take? I find they make me so dozy and the ones from the doctors are the worst 😓😓😓
Today, I woke up with bad ear pain. I’ve been cleaning it every 2-3 hrs with alcohol antiseptic. I’m not sure if this is from fibromyalgia or something else. Please help! God bless!

Dies anyone suffer from itching inside their mouth? Especially the roof. And the point where your lips curve and become the internal mouth...itches and tingles under the skin and goes kinda numb. Like when you go to the dentist
try a benedryl. see how much that helps
Does anyone always feel like you cant have a productive cough (you cant clear your throst) and you feel like there a bunch of mucus in the back of your throat just stuck. I have to nake myself throw up but that only satisfies it for a few minutes. I dont know if it is related to the weather or what but i need help. How do i control it?? :(
I feel like I'm constantly trying to clear my throat. It's annoying to me so I can imagine how annoying it must be to my husband. I thought it was just me.
We also have non-allergic rhinitis. I know that global warming is causing pollen seasons pretty much year round. I can't take pain meds either cos pf the side effects, what a nasty horrible condition.

I have discovered that I am allergic to grains of they make me feel yucky! I have also developed the horrid side effect to amitriptyline that it is causing near migraine level headaches that to away taking benedryl. Pop corn breaks me out in a rash from head to toe and now rice. I have celiac disease which make gluten a huge no no but now it is most of my meds and all grain as well as anything that contains alcohol! Ugh makes me glad to have a Naturopathic Medicine Doctor who listens to me!
