I have discovered that I am allergic to grains of they make me feel yucky! I have also developed the horrid side effect to amitriptyline that it is causing near migraine level headaches that to away taking benedryl. Pop corn breaks me out in a rash from head to toe and now rice. I have celiac disease which make gluten a huge no no but now it is most of my meds and all grain as well as anything that contains alcohol! Ugh makes me glad to have a Naturopathic Medicine Doctor who listens to me!
Yes to much caffeine, monosodium glutamate, mushrooms, peanuts, and any artificial flavouring upsets me and I can only eat cheese like feta, mozzarella. Its very boring, and I can't eat much veg either due to my tummy problems. And salad is a definate no no x
We are all individuals and different metabolisms but yes many people here have problems with different and varied foods, and medications Amitriptyline doesn't have that effect on me.
Many here are on gluten free diets, Fibromyalgia unfortunately causes different side effects in some people and not in others.

I have celiac disease, fibromyalgia, and rheumatoid arthritis! Which are my three biggies! Plus other issues that are more life effecting when it comes to sleeping
Apparently gluten is a no no if you suffer from fibro even certain fruits and veggies and dairy ....I'm trying to cut things out then reintroduce them to see if that helps
As for me, I didn’t know That I’m allergic to certain foods and environment not until I took an allergy test. I’m glad I did coz my diet has improved a lot.
Becareful with medications you’re taking for headaches and migraines as they caused constipation. It’s better you take an OTC or Rx dulcolax for stool softener.
In 2017, I’ve developed anal fissure because of that and I need to get surgery. Mainly, constipation was the root causes of my headaches/migraines As it straining so much of my nerve endings/muscles and now I feel much better. Good thing, I didn’t consider taking Botox for headaches/migraines which Thankfully unnecessary.
As much as possible, the more you are aware and knowledgeable of your condition, medication side effects and signs and symptoms, you’ll have much more control to avoid things that will make you feel worst. Make a good plan and approach this discomfort with positive mindset.
God bless you my dear and hope feel much better looking after yourself. 🙏❤️😘
