Has anyone else been diagnosed with multiple food allergies before or after being diagnosed with fibromyalgia?

Hi! I am very chemically sensitive. I eat alot of organic, little processed foods and I avoid msg, sulfites, nitrates, gluten, alcohol, preservatives. I read all labels and am careful what I order when dining out. It is so difficult at times! You are not alone. Hugs!

Teeth clenching and grinding is very common with fibro.

My fibro specialist is having me do a food allergy test. He wrote a book on Fibro in 2008 and had fibro and cfs, too. He changed my meds from acyclovir to Famciclovir and upped the dose, along with melatonin 4, 5mg at bedtime with my xanax. He said I don't go to R.e.m. Sleep n is why I'm exhausted everyday, and said I clench my teeth when I "think" I'm asleep, and need to get a stint for my teeth. If anyone lives near Daytona or New Smyrna, got the best fibro specialist now., who understands since he also had it. Dr. Dantini. in New Smyrna Beach 👍 🙏🤗

@A MyFibroTeam Member I just found out last wk about food allergy and clenching my teeth. He grabbed my cheeks above my jaws and it was extremely tender. That explains why my 'teeth' kind of hurt when I eat, thought I was chewing too hard.
He didn't do any sleep studies or food allergy test yet, but I go back to see him Friday. I do a repetitive motion with my arm to my forehead several times in my sleep, well, I think I'm sleeping anyway 🤔

I wear a mouthpiece and sleep machine and still exhausted all day every day. Has your new doc done a sleep study with you or is he guessing at the REM idea.
