I need a stretching type class because I'm so bad at doing things to help my situation at home. My thigh muscles are much tighter than any others and it causes my knee caps to pull up. I have trouble with lounges and various other positions but when I stretch it helps.

I began getting a sore neck about three weeks ago it has since become unbearable. I'm not currently on any fibro meds and am really struggling with this. The pain is now causing headaches and anxiety issues. It feels as though my neck is swollen. I have been under a ton of stress so I'm not surprised I'm flaring! It's difficult to turn my head! Has anyone else ever experienced this and what did you do to ease the symptoms?
That’s awful! Absolutely unacceptable! I’ve been there and I’m glad you are no longer in that situation anymore. Should have had him thrown in jail. 😡
Today my left knee is so beyond painful and I cannot bend it when I walk but I'm sure this will go away tomorrow. A lot of times that happens with one of my hands or shoulders as well. Does this happen to anyone else?? Thanks for the help!:)

I know this question got asked over a year ago, but I just want to re-flag it. Anyone else experience burning mouth pain from Fibro? Physical therapy has helped me a decent amount (by jumpstarting the nerves with a machine called an "Acuscope") but I am curious what others have done. I've had it for 7 months now and it is the worst pain I've ever felt. I don't take medications other than supplements so I know it's not a side effect. Any help would be appreciated!
@A MyFibroTeam Member the only thing that has helped me is "body scan" meditation focusing only on the mouth. it doesn't make the pain go away but it makes the area that is in pain smaller/shrinks the… read more
I work at a desk about 8-9 hours daily. By the days' end, my left shoulder is nearly jacked up to my neck! I have a hard knot where my neck meets my shoulder and this causes radiating pain and arm fatigue. Anyone else suffering from "desk syndtome"?
I don't sit in an office anymore, but driving a school bus I noticed I hold my stress in my shoulders and neck. I was told by a massage therapist to just sit back take some breathes, and where ever… read more
