For the past couple of of years I have been experiencing jerking sensation. It normally happens when I settle down to sleep😴it happens in various parts of my body such as my legs arms ur even the hole of my body.
It's happen twice on separate occasions in my legs were I have been standing still and my leg as shaken uncontrollably.
Just wondering if this is a new fybromayalgia experience. 🤔💐❤️

Its like a sudden jabbing pain like someone has stabbed you with a pin or several pins. Its is so embarrassing when it happens and I have visitors. We can be talking away and suddenly I will jump up and shout OUCH!.
I feel such a fool, they must think I am nuts.
When my guest asks what's wrong I just reply I think I was stung by a wasp. Cos that's kind of what it feels like. Does anyone else experience this sudden random pain?😠

I have recently had a very painful flare up centered in my foot. It often happens that my flare ups are centered in specific areas. Is this common for others as well?

Iv had the daith piercing for nearly a year and my headaches/migraines have stopped completely but my fibro is still the same as before.. I don’t take any medication for my fibro as it was making me worse, no harm in trying the daith. What may work for some doesn’t for others..

I read that DHEA can help lesson pain. Has anyone else tried this and if so is it working? I already take mega doses of Vit D, Vit B, Q10 and Magnesium and also wear a magnetic bracelet! Will try anything other than the usual fibro "meds" at this point.

Hello I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this game show-esque dilemma, where you aren't sure if a new symptom is the fibro or just a side effect from a medication. So I'd like to know what symptoms that everybody aren't quite sure of, maybe we can figure these things out together. I personally can't tell headaches apart, is it fibro or is it the meds?

For years when I come home after being out I find myself sitting in my car for about an hour or more unable to move feeling exhausted and down. For a long time I thought it had to do with my PTSD but tonight I think it is due to fibro fog and fatigue??

I know a lot of people have previously posted about rib pain and it seems to go along with Fibro but I’m starting to feel like I’m crazy.
