Lots of Purified Water.
Vitamins B6, C, D3, Tumeric and Curcumin.
Your body and diet will thank you for Cleansing via Lymphatic Drainage. Clean out our 40 ft. Colon!!!
Sleep Specialist for a CPap Machine will get you back to what we are so deprived of. There are Several Levels of sleep that we are missing out on, not just REM.
An Infectious Disease Specialist is Foremost. I saw an AMAZING Specialist in 2015, in Mtn. View, CA. Dr. K. got me on Social Disability after I was Denied. Less than a year on a med took away all leg and head "popping" to date.
We need to have Energy and that Extra Emotional, Spiritual and Physical Strength to succeed on any diet. The above will get you there!!!!
My Absolute Best!!!

For me low carbohydrates- i was strict keto for a long time which helped with pain but not energy. Food sensitivities especially nightshades , legumes, and even squashes can be a fibro thing -
