What has been helpful for you to manage weight when it is difficult to exercise due to pain? Certain diets/medications? Thanks!
I limited gluten, sugar and fatty/fried foods. I didn’t do it cold turkey but a little at a time which helps.
I cut out bread and pasta. Eat lots of salads and fruit.. need to refocus.. and I was also walking my driveway...I lost 20 pounds probably 6 months... I was too focused so I wasn't keeping track of the time frame... I am going to refocus in the new year...
Keto diet.
Cutting calories slowly. Eating soup plus a protein for lunch. Regulat breakfast and dinner. No ice cream, chips. A few cookie ok
