I’ve recently switched from 60mg Cymbalta to 150mg Wellbutrin XL. The first 2 weeks I had bounds of energy, probably too much as I also wasn’t sleeping much. Now all of a sudden I feel like I was hit by a bus. All of my pain that I’ve barely felt since starting Cymbalta came back and I’m exhausted. I’m not sure if I just hit a wall after running around the last 2 weeks with all of that energy, or if maybe the Wellbutrin isn’t working for me?
Just wondering if anybody has switched and… read more

The pain clinic did SI joint injections me last week which caused me a flare and then more pain than before. Topamax is there next option for the pain. If you have taken it, what was your experience with it?
I also take it as a preventative for migraines, but it has only been moderately effective.
Curious if there is an antidepressant that helps people the most with their moods?
