Meds Good For Energy And Pain
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

I am currently taking tramadol 50 MG 3 x day, flexiril 5mg 2 x day, neurontin 300mg 3 x day, wellbutrin 150 MG 1 x day and amitriptylin 50mg in evening. Plus vitamin d, b complex, multivitamin and melatonin. Can anyone help me with their meds they use.

One of the best things I take (for energy) is not a prescription but rather a supplement… D-Ribose has helped with both energy and pain.

@A MyFibroTeam Member I would say yes. Mine is low and I take 50,000 IU 2x a week. The doctor has to prescribe that dosage.

I have tried everything. Was on so many things at one time. I thought the meds would kill me. Was on Neurontin, norco paxil, flexiril, and norco and then tried methadoneand topamax. I quit taking everything except norco and flexiril and cymbalta. Quit taking cymbalta a few months ago. Now just norco and flexiril which isnt working for me either. The norco does help a lot with the pain but I don't like the effects of it. I think I'm going to ask my Dr. to let me try topamax again because I believe it was helping me.

I use a ultrasonic diffuser in my room for my essential oils. It makes my entire bedroom smell like whatever oil I used for hours and hours. Mine runs about 6 hours and then the smell stays for a few more. I love to use lavender to help me sleep.
