Every morning for the past week or two I've been waking up with thumb pain so intense that it makes me yell/scream when I move it. It's only on my right hand and it gets a bit better during the day, so I must be doing something to it in my sleep, idk what. So my mother also has fibromylagia and lately she's been having a strange feeling on her head. She says it feels empty and it seems she has a hole on the top of her head and feel dizzy. She also has chronic anxiety and depression.
Anyone with this problem?

I have dealt with this chronic rhinitis since September 2023, it worsens massively with every time I'm sick, my partner bounced back from covid and I was still congested and coughing up loads weeks later. Antihistamines, steroid nasal spray both do little.

Has anyone seen their allergies increase since diagnosis? I've never been allergic to food or meds and suddenly everything is setting off hives and throat swelling.

Do u have to have an illness worse than fibromyalgia to get a medical id bracelet? Or, can it be for something like this illness plus others.

Does anyone have pet allergies, and if so, how do you handle it? I find that people get very defensive when I can't go to their house because they have dogs or cats. My health is my main concern!

I have discovered that I am allergic to grains of they make me feel yucky! I have also developed the horrid side effect to amitriptyline that it is causing near migraine level headaches that to away taking benedryl. Pop corn breaks me out in a rash from head to toe and now rice. I have celiac disease which make gluten a huge no no but now it is most of my meds and all grain as well as anything that contains alcohol! Ugh makes me glad to have a Naturopathic Medicine Doctor who listens to me!
