Anxiety will make her feel that way for sure. I have anxiety along with Fibro and I have really struggled with vertigo this past year. I have also battled fluid in my ears which I think was a culprit in the vertigo.
My adult children who also suffer some anxiety and talk about a feeling in their heads like they aren't really there, or a lightheadedness/dizziness. Chronic anxiety can bring up a lot of symptoms and just complicate our fibro.

Could be what is call “brain fog” with fibro. when you feel like a hole in head or emptiness.

My mom has Fibro also. I agree on possible vertigo. I dealt with it for awhile and it had to do with allergies and my ears. I didnt even think i had any allergy problems! Once I started taking zyrtec daily I havent had it. Then my mom got it really bad, and I convienced her to try the zyrtec, and it worked for her also! Just a thought

Hi i do have anxiety and depression also yeepee,does your mom have hayfever by any chance maybe try an hayfever tablet i had it for years but didnt know,i grew up in Ireland so taught i would of had more chance of having it there than England but seems not xx
