I was like omg no wonder I feel this or that or no wonder I had such a hard time getting out of bed due to pain. It opened a whole new world for me. Please share your story

It is annoying and I've discovered that Lidocaine relieves it and I've assumed that the itching is fibro acting up again. The itching stops several minutes after applying it. I use 5mg Lidocaine at my doctor's urging which also relieves pain close to the skin.

What do you do when little symptoms keep piling up? I have a therapist & psychiatrist. I am on Lyrica & anti-depressants. I am worn out from pain, other conditions, 4 spinal surgeries, cancer, fatigue. Last night I prayed God would just take me. I want to see my husband, son & dog again. I don't want to tell my new husband how bad I feel. I think the Kyrica is making me more depressed. I can no longer drive & going out exhausts me. This is not a life.
Thanks Evelyn. Next week should be a little better. I do get winded from talking so you may have to carry the conversation!

I have three teeth coming out to get my top plate and I know three teeth is going to feel very painful......
The best thing I have learned to do is to not keep frustrating yourself with attempting to get her to understand. She isn't going through it herself, so she is more than likely not going to get it… read more

Amen to that. I left 45 years ago. Remarried 40 years ago to my best friend. Usually very supportive and helped me grow into a mentally strong, confident person. Also in size, unfortunately, lol.
It was an actual survival kind of situation too. You would be amazed with the things your body can actually do when survival mode is engaged
