I tried it and unfortunately had a negative reaction. My legs started swelling, intense pain on walking, body pain, eyes felt like they were bulging - just horrible.
Maybe I was the exception to the rule? Don’t know. If you do try it, take note of your body’s reactions and stop immediately should you experience this kind of rejection of medication.

I’m on HRT patches Evorel 100 and a take a progesterone capsule at night. They did help slightly with the sweating but certainly helped with the mood swings and night sweats. A lot of the symptoms are very similar to fibromyalgia.

Oh, and I already was on a weekly estrogen patch after surgical menopause which I wish I could sue the doctor for for taking my ovaries!!! It made me a crazy woman!!!

My naturopath put me on Progesterone for sleep, which I'm out of and testosterone, which I'm scared to use because of the side effects.
