My doctor has prescribed me lyrica today. She had started my on 50mg per day as I had a reaction to gabapentin in the past and wants to make sure I'm ok with it. What dosage did people actually notice a difference in their body?

Talk to your Dr, and look up Gabapentin. The dose you were given is miniscule. My dear friend takes 1800 a day and it helps her a lot. Just be sure to learn about Gabapentin. It can be very helpful in correct doses..Best of wishes and i hope you feel better soon...Hugs...

@A MyFibroTeam Member I am allergic to gabapentin and my doctor decided to start on a very low dose of the lyrica for two weeks due to them being very similar medication. I'm hoping when I see my doctor in a couple of weeks that I am well enough to move onto a higher dosage
