Members shared a wide range of Lyrica dosages from 75mg to 500mg daily, with most finding it helpful for pain relief and sleep, though many reported significant side effects. Several members described weight gain as a major concern, along with blurred vision, drowsiness, and feeling like a zombie at higher doses, with some adjusting their timing or reducing doses to manage these effects. A recurring theme was the difficulty of finding the right balance, as members discovered how much the medication truly helped only when they tried to reduce or stop it and experienced returning pain and sleeplessness.

I don't remember the dosage I tried, but it immediately blurred my vision. So it was not an option for me.

If you feel it is too much maybe just remove one dose and see how that goes for you.It does make you feel kinda weird when you get an increase. You can always add it back in once you get used to the increase. Hugs

I am on 150mg 2 times a day and I can't get any sleep without it. I went off of it for a bit and I had the worst sleep going on and my body wouldn't settle at all at night. I went back on my Lyrica and to my surprise, I am sleeping much much better. My pain isn't as constant either.

200 mg. And yes I've gained weight. You definitely have to wTch what you eat.

I take 225mg twice a day and have done so for quite a few years w/o a change in dosage. I think it did make a difference after I started taking it. I also take two other drugs that along with lyrica can cause weight gain, but I really started gaining weight after I had my thyroid removed back in 2013. Even though I take hormone replacement, it can't make up for having a functional thyroid, but that's a different story.
