I am so having a struggle not knowing whether its gonna be worth going through with the nerve conduction study due to having numbness in my extremities and I did have a brain MRI which showed a spot on my brain but I guess inconculsive for MS at this point. My younger brother has MS, I have been researching the differences and there isn't much as far as symptoms.
I sometimes think I have MS. My Aunt had it my symptoms are very close. A lot of illnesses I look up say could be MS.
If you have had shingles in the past can this be a trigger for fibro.
I have not been diagnosed at the moment but I'm showing all the symptoms. X

I have never heard of it. Googled and found that my autonomic dysfunction may be related to fibromyalgia. Thanks for sharing.
I had arthritis pain seen I was 29 yrs old and was just told that I have fibro this year. My joints and muscles get stiff and ache. I have arthritis 97% of my body. I also have nerve pain from all my surgeries I had. I'm trying to figure out if I do have fibro or not.

I woke up today and my shoulders and neck are so tight, I have pain radiating through my neck, upper back, shoulder and down my arm. I have very limited range of motion. It is sharp and some of the most relentless pain I've had with this yet. What the heck is going on? !
Don’t laugh. I use an old soft foam neck brace like they used to give you if you were in a car crash. It takes the weight of your head off the neck.
Hi! Wondering if anyone experiences electrical shocks throughout their body? I get them so badly my body actually moves on it's own. If I get one in bed, my whole body raises off the bed. Once, while drinking a glass of water I got a shock and hit the glass into my teeth. No broken teeth...that time and I hate drinking out of plastic! :)

I do and it makes me spasm I've thrown hot coffee in the air before because its made my hand spasm
I went in for a medication follow up with my GP. I told him I had stopped taking naltrexone because it wasn't helping, and I had switched my gabapentin to night time only. I mentioned a reduction in my migraines related to physical therapy. I told him I had been sleeping better and able to do more in a day. Lidocaine, Stop Pain ointment, Emu oil, and other topicals can be used, also. Be Careful not to get near your eyes. Read labels Carefully.
