I haven't gotten weaker. I workout. Even on bad days I am starting to move. Even if it is just a bit.

I seem to get daily fatigue around 6:15 to 7 pm, where I cannot keep my eyes open and then, I get fatigue for a wk. sometimes when I can barely get out of bed. ..what's going on?

Yes
This is my fourth month on memantine. Fortunately I have not experienced any side effects yet. It has helped to improve my fatigue a bit and my "get up and go" periodically . I'm hopeful it will just improve from here 🦋
