Yes, definitely exactly as you said a lot of strength, but weakness
in the muscles.. drs. have always agreed it is fibro... neurologist

Like you said, maybe you use all your strength to do something then it’s gone whereas if you could learn to use a little less strength, you may be able to last longer? It’s tough to do after doing it the other way for so long but it’s worth a shot!!

Yes I have this as well this is a symptom of Fibromyalgia it's muscle weakness I cannot pick heavy things up, drop things a lot cannot undo jars, some packaged foods as well, cannot peg washing on a high clothesline.
Leaves me weak and I am always in constant pain.
Nothing much that can be done about it, unfortunately.
