A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

I seem to get daily fatigue around 6:15 to 7 pm, where I cannot keep my eyes open and then, I get fatigue for a wk. sometimes when I can barely get out of bed. ..what's going on?

Fatigue can stem from many issues including fibromyalgia.. some fatigue is overwhelming and you can not function.. other fatigue is from overworking or lack of sleep. Identify the type you have , when you have it, duration, types of activities, lack of sleep, etc and keep a journal for a month to see a pattern... Most likely it is a combination of things.

Fatigue wipes out, it leaves u like an old damp worn out cloth, no energy no strength, getting out of a chair & walking is terribly hard, when Fatigue hits u you need 2 go to bed.

Fatigue is unbearable, you are so tired, drained and can’t function and you just want to stay in bed 🛌 all of the time. Could be from lack of sleep too. Not fun at all. 🥱😴

I agree with Margaret !!! For a number of yrs., I must admit, I sent quite a lot of time lying down !!! Now it is MUCH better, but I still have low energy days !!!
