Sounds like a cramp. I get those often in various places. Cutting way down on or eliminating caffeine, drinking plenty of water, and not standing in one spot for too long help me.

I have pain in my right foot, ankle and the calf. When in hospital last Summer the epidural I had in for pain control did something to my toes on right foot. They are numb. A year later and still the same.
My pain moves about but is mainly in back and right leg these days. Plus my huge abdominal men which is now a huge hernia doesnβt help. Arthritis everywhere except my two knee replacements.
