I have widespread pain all day, on and off in some parts of my body, but it's always present in my chest and lately in my legs too. Is this normal? Has anyone else experienced something similar to this?

Members widely related to the experience of constant pain in specific areas, with many describing their chest and legs as persistent pain zones alongside widespread discomfort that shifts throughout the day. Several members shared that their pain often includes sharp, stabbing sensations, burning, tingling, or restless leg syndrome that worsens at night, with some finding relief through topical treatments like Biofreeze or alternative therapies like acupuncture. A recurring theme was the unpredictability of fibromyalgia pain, the challenge of finding effective relief, and the comfort of knowing others truly understand the relentless nature of living with constant discomfort.

Yes. Widespread mild pain everywhere with certain areas that are like ice picks stabbing. My legs are very anxious feeling with Restless Leg Syndrome and they get worse as they day goes by and evening comes.

Costochondritis and leg pain are my current complaint. I had acupuncture and it reduced the pain in my legs significantly but I’ve been walking more than usual and the pain is back. I’ll get acupuncture again soon
