Is it just me or does anyone else feel sick when they're out on a sunny day? I'm not sure if this is light sensitivity or not. But whenever it's too bright outside I feel so sick and dizzy. I feel like I must be a vampire.
Yes its proly light sensitivity. I HAVE to wear sunglasses and sometimes hat if too bright or i get instant headache
Dark and cold sounds perfect 😉. I wear sunglasses even if it's overcast, sometimes in the house or massive migraines.
I have sensitivity to light and sound even though i feel half deaf most of the time. We have black out curtains or blankets over the windows. My mom hates coming over to our house because its too dark and cold.
Yes, a heightened response to all senses is a symptom if Fibro .
Esp the sense of hearing .
Pjoto sensitivity is definitely part of fibro 💜💜
