Yes I do!! Achy everywhere, sometimes feel sick to my stomach from so much pain, fatigue so bad you can barely keep your eyes open, hungry yet you talk yourself Into being full because you can’t be bothered to eat anything let alone make it, whole body exhausted and just want to be alone and sleep! Those are just some of the things I can think of now but I’m sure there’s many more!
Yes i do too when i have a flare or when i am stressed and occasionally if im extra tired when i wake up in the morning it feels like a really bad cold or flu blocked nose and cough etc.
That's exactly what it feels like @A MyFibroTeam Member
Sorry hun, you're definitely having a flare. 💜💜
Yes I do!!! I get feverish with all over body aches. Headache, dizziness and nausea to add insult to injury.
Yes, normally have a degree of the flu-like symptoms every day. I do wake up on occasion and am surprised that I don't feel much of the fibro flu - always surprised and it doesn't always last the entire day. I am anemic now because I have been taking PPIs for GERD. It can cause anemia, which makes you feel even more fatigued, along with a lot of brain fog. I am going to try to wean myself off the Prilosec because of the anemia.
Overall, most often there are flu-like feelings and when the flares hit - it's so much worse.
