Members rallied around someone dealing with coughing, phlegm, wheezing, and feeling unwell for over two months, offering a range of supportive suggestions including steam therapy, Vicks on the feet, antihistamines, and cutting out dairy. Several members encouraged taking a COVID test for peace of mind, staying hydrated, and following up with a doctor, especially since the phlegm had a slightly yellow color. A recurring theme was the importance of not missing medical appointments, with practical transportation tips like Uber and Lyft wheelchair-accessible rides offered for those with mobility challenges.

You could do a covid test for peace of mind.

It's a little hot, but steam sometimes helps. Try putting a Vicks on your feet. If you suspect asthma get medical assistance.

I would just add to the above comments that you should be sure to drink plenty of fluids. If you mean, sick phlegm, could you have an infection? Just a few thoughts. Hope what ever it is, hope it goes away soon! Hugs

When you have mobility issues don't forget about Uber and Lyft transport services. You can hire a car with a wheelchair. I know it costs a bit but that's better than missing an Dr appointment.
