Yes definitely, I am hyper sensitive to everything in the environment, sun light is terrible, I wear sun glasses all the time even in the winter on a grey day, I have window blinds in all windows in my house, in my office I had all the windows covered and the light 50% reduced as the light was giving me severe aches (eye, head, neck). I saw a physiotherapist and she gave me some exercises to do for my neck and after 3 days the pain had diminished by 75% so I continue to do them regularly, so all of those measure have helped a lot.
I had a hard with sunlight . I had to wear sunglasses during fireworks cannot stand bright white, it triggers headaches.
Yes! I've been light sensitive since I was a child, I always thought it was from the eye surgery I had when I was 6 but am thinking I wld have been sensitive anyway. I always wear polarized sunglasses but get the migraines regardless.
That is what's called a migraine. I know because I am living with them about 3 or 4 days a week. It's very disabling but I'm trying various treatments. It just takes months to see if the treatment works. I also get nauseous. It comes with the headache. I feel best with sunglasses, lying down maybe ice over my eyes. Sometimes heat. I wear a hat to shade my eyes and have glasses that darken when in the sun, otherwise I would have a headache.
